Regenerative and Composable Community
People sometimes ask me, “What motivates you?” I am motivated to have conversations with compelling people and studying social dynamics. You could say my current interest is applied sociology. My goal is to build a regenerative and composable community filled with people I like.
My focus for the next year is community building and talent aggregation. The most valuable thing I can do with my time is to collect the most valuable talent that works well together. My goal is to build the most valuable regenerative and composable community in the world.
What does regenerative and composable mean to me?
Regenerative in this context alludes to regenerative farming. Regenerative farming is focused on top soil volume and health at its core. The better the top soil, the better and everything else becomes.
The top soil for a social community is people that lead to more wealth and improved mental health for people around them. My focus is on collecting people that do this.
Composability is a system design principle that deals with the inter-relationships of components. A highly composable system provides components that can be selected and assembled in various combinations to satisfy specific user requirements. In information systems, the essential features that make a component composable are that it be:
self-contained (modular): it can be deployed independently – note that it may cooperate with other components, but dependent components are replaceable
stateless: it treats each request as an independent transaction, unrelated to any previous request. Stateless is just one technique; managed state and transactional systems can also be composable, but with greater difficulty.
It is widely believed that composable systems are more trustworthy than non-composable systems because it is easier to evaluate their individual parts.

A composable professional community needs the following modules:
Capital - to finance ideas
Distribution - to spread ideas
Multi-agent orchestration - to execute ideas
Capital comes from relationships with financial sponsors (VC, PE, Private Credit, Endowments). I am specifically focused on building friendships with INTJ and ENTJ women VCs (for INTJ Fund) and INTJ and ENTJ men in private equity (for Iterate Growth).
Distribution comes from people who create compelling content. As content proliferates, the most important quality will be controlling audience attention with content to a specific segment. This can be as a creative, an influencer, a marketer or some combination of the three.
Multi-agent orchestration refers to people who can orchestrate agents (whether AI or humans) with expert level domain knowledge. As AI proliferates, domain experts that can both manage and challenge AI when it is wrong becomes increasingly valuable.
My focus is on accumulating the best capital providers, distributors and multi agent orchestrators that are socially compatible with each other. Each community member is a module within the composable talent community that leads to companies or partnerships which create value.
Friendship is important for everyone because I work best with people I like and trust. Multiple points of value increases my engagement which provides a better social experience for everyone.

Small gathering curation- I am a specialist at providing ma in small gatherings for introverts
These are services offered at no cost. If I like you, I will offer them. If I don’t, I won’t.
I am expanding relationships in San Francisco with early stage financial sponsors and expert multi-agent orchestrators. I am interested in open to expanding my presence in New York but it is a secondary priority to building a base in San Francisco.
In Los Angeles I am mostly interested in distribution talent:
Influencers / Content Creators
Command at least one niche audience which they are interested in providing products or services
Native AI multimedia creatives
Can create compelling content with AI in iterative cycles
In San Francisco I am mostly interested in technical leads and early investors:
INTJ women with PhDs in math or science
INTJ or ENTJ women VCs
In New York I am mostly interested in late stage investors of private companies:
INTJ and ENTJ men in PE
The Big Picture
The one person billion dollar company narrative is a clickbait narrative. Why would AI companies hire aggressively if agents are ready now? Many CEOs are over-embellishing the capabilities of their products.
The marginal competitive advantage of accessible AI agents will push towards zero long-term. All AI agents that represent competitive advantages will lead to the rapid extinction of companies that don’t use them. This will result in an ecosystem where all parties use similar agents. The competitive marginal utility of beneficial agents becomes zero as all surviving players will use them.
A hypothetical billion dollar company with one person will become over-reliant on common agents that are effectively industry standard as weaker players die. The one person company will lose out to other companies that have multi-agent orchestration experts across multiple business functions and domains.
The more likely outcome is billion dollar companies with a few dozen team members. One or two multi agent orchestration experts per domain function with one or two apprentices working with them.
The primary business advantages of this efficient NewCo will be derived from taste and collaborative efficiency.
